- 5 handfuls spinach leaves
- 3 apples, cored and chopped
- 3 stalks of celery
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, plus more to taste
- 1 cup chilled water or coconut water
- 1/2 banana (optional)
- fish oil supplement (optional)
Directions
- Place all ingredients together in a blender and purée until smooth. Add more liquid as required to reach desired consistency. Serve over ice.
