Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 ounce bombay east gin
  • 1/2 ounce domaine canton ginger liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce agave nectar
  • 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 ounce ginger beer
Directions
  1. Add fresh squeezed lemon juice and rosemary into shaker and muddle. Add Gin, Ginger Liqueur, and agave nectar into shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Fill rocks glass with fresh ice Double strain contents of shaker into rocks glass. Float 2 oz. of ginger beer and garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
