Rosé Limonade

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 8 cup cold water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lavender flowers
- 4 ounce fresh lemonade
- 1/4 ounce lavender simple syrup
- 4 ounce brut rosé wine
- fresh lemon slice, to garnish
Directions
- Combine hot water and sugar in a large pitcher and stir to dissolve. Once dissolved, add lemon juice and cold water. Stir until fully combined. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
- Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until sugar is completely dissolved. When boiling, remove from the heat, add lavender, and steep for 10 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and let cool.
- Fill a glass with small ice cubes. Pour in the fresh lemonade, followed by the lavender simple syrup. Once settled, fill the remainder of the glass with rosé. Garnish with a lemon slice.
