Ingredients
  • 1 ounce appleton estate reserve jamaica rum
  • 1/2 ounce honey syrup (2:1 honey to water)
  • 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 1/2 ounce champagne
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients, except for champagne. Add ice, then shake and strain into a flute. Top with Champagne and garnish.
