- 1 ounce appleton estate reserve jamaica rum
- 1/2 ounce honey syrup (2:1 honey to water)
- 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 3 1/2 ounce champagne
- Combine all ingredients, except for champagne. Add ice, then shake and strain into a flute. Top with Champagne and garnish.
