Red Lentil Penne With Green Beans And Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 package red lentil penne, cooked
1/3 pound green beans
1/3 pint grape tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoon olive oil
3 garlic cloves, shaved
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
chile flakes, to taste
Directions
Cook green beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Shock in an ice bath to stop the cooking and set the color. Drain then slice into thirds.
Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add beans and tomatoes to warm through.
Toss bean mixture with penne, parsley, salt and pepper, and chile flakes.
