Everybody knows about strawberry cake, but raspberry cake...now that's something to experiment with! Give it a try and serve it with some whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 8 raspberries, fresh or frozen
Directions
- In a very large mug, combine all the ingredients, except the raspberries.
- Mix until the batter becomes smooth.
- Stir in your raspberries.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
