Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter
  • 50 oysters
Directions
  1. Melt the stick of butter by placing it in a saucepan on top of the grill. Remove when boiling.
  2. Place a tray of aluminum foil on a grill. Place the oysters on the tray so that one side of each oyster is resting on the foil. Close the top of the grill.
  3. Once the oysters begin to make a popping noise, check the inside of the grill to see if most have opened up. Once most are open, put on thick gloves and use a fork and shucking knife to remove the oyster from the shell. Dip the roasted oysters into the melted butter.
