Prickly Pear Mezcal Mule Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 teaspoon fresh prickly pear purée
  • 1.5 ounce mescal (this recipe used mano negra)
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 dashes bitters (this recipe used fee brothers)
  • 2 ounce club soda
Directions
  1. Add mescal, lime juice, and bitters to a shaker full of ice. Shake vigorously for thirty seconds and pour over ice in a double old-fashioned glass. Layer 1-2 teaspoons of prickly pear purée over ice. Top with club soda, and stir two revolutions. Enjoy.
