- 1 nathan’s hot dog
- 1 split top bun
- 1 ounce pico de gallo
- 1 ounce melted cheese
- 1 ounce sour cream
- 1 ounce tortilla chip bits
- Cook the hot dog by adding a small amount of water to a pan set over medium-high heat.
- Add the hot dog to the skillet once the water starts to gently boil and cook, rolling regularly until evenly brown.
- Place the cooked hot dog inside the split top bun and top with pico de gallo, melted cheese, sour cream and tortilla chip bits.
