The Smoky Paloma

The Smoky Paloma

4.5 (2 ratings)

It seems that every modern-style bar in the country today has at least a couple of mezcal-based cocktails on their menu. This is a delicious but simple recipe to make, which balances mezcal beautifully with grapefruit. It is a variation on the paloma, which is typically made with tequila. This refreshing concoction is perfect for summer.
