This is a delicious but simple recipe to make, which balances mezcal beautifully with grapefruit. It is a variation on the paloma, which is typically made with tequila. This refreshing concoction is perfect for summer.

- 2 ounce joven mezcal, such as ilegal joven
- .5 ounce lime juice
- 2 ounce grapefruit juice
- club soda
Directions
- Combine mezcal, lime juice, grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strian into a cocktail glass and top off with club soda.
