- 1 1/2 ounce bourbon, preferably jim beam black
- 1/2 ounce st. germain
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce red wine
- lemon cutouts, for garnish
- Combine all liquids except red wine into a shaker.
- Shake well.
- Double strain into a small Collins glass.
- Top with 1 ounce of bold red wine.
- Garnish with a lemon moon and star.
