Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  • 1 package mccormick® oven roasted brussels sprouts seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 and 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix Seasoning Mix, vinegar and oil in large bowl.
  3. Add Brussels sprouts; toss to coat well.
  4. Spread Brussels sprouts in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
  5. Roast 30 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are browned and tender, turning halfway through cooking.
  6. Sprinkle with bacon.
