Ingredients
  • 4 ounce angry orchard easy apple
  • 1 ounce white rum
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 dash of angostura bitters
  • 2 slices cucumber, muddled
  • 5 –6 mint leaves, muddled
Directions
  1. Muddle mint and cucumber in a shaker then add all ingredients except cider.
  2. Shake with ice and fine strain into a rocks glass with ice and top with cider.
  3. Garnish with a mint sprig and cucumber wheel.
