- 4 ounce angry orchard easy apple
- 1 ounce white rum
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 dash of angostura bitters
- 2 slices cucumber, muddled
- 5 –6 mint leaves, muddled
- Muddle mint and cucumber in a shaker then add all ingredients except cider.
- Shake with ice and fine strain into a rocks glass with ice and top with cider.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and cucumber wheel.
