Summer desserts are often one of two things: frozen or cooked over a campfire. But who wants to fire up a whole campfire just for one s'more? Plus, s'mores should be enjoyed even on a normal weeknight. Here's how to make them from the comfort of your own kitchen.

Ingredients
- 4 jumbo marshmallows
- 1 hershey's chocolate bar
- 2 graham crackers
- 2 sheets aluminum foil
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
- While your oven is preheating, tear two sheets of aluminum foil big enough to make into packets for your s'more.
- Break your graham crackers and chocolate bar in half.
- On top of one sheet of aluminum foil, assemble one s'more, laying a graham cracker half, half your Hershey bar and two marshmallows side by side then top with the other half of graham cracker.
- Smash the s'more together so it stays in place, but don't break the graham crackers.
- Fold up the sides of the aluminum foil so that they completely cover the s'more.
- Repeat for second s'more.
- Place on over rack for 4 minutes.
- Remove from oven with tongs.
