- Slice the bananas into ½-inch-thick coins and then place them in a resealable plastic bag. Squeeze the air out of the bag, seal it, and place it in the freezer. Freeze the bananas until solid, at least 4 hours.
- Blend the frozen bananas in a food processor or blender until they reach the consistency of soft-serve ice cream, occasionally scraping down the sides of the food processor bowl with a rubber spatula.
- Place the ice cream in an air-tight container and freeze until solid.
