- 2 dash of orange bitters
- 1 1/2 ounce grey goose vodka
- 1 ounce tazo japanese sakura tea
- 1/2 ounce pomegranate juice
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce rose syrup
- 1 ounce sparkling wine
- lemon peel, to garnish
- orchid, to garnish
- In mixing tin, add all ingredients except for sparkling wine and garnishes.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Add the sparkling wine into mixing tin.
- Double strain mixture into a martini glass.
- Garnish with lemon peel and orchid.
