Sweet and refreshing, this celebratory cocktail is perfect for any Mardi Gras party. And with a rich gold color and light green cucumber garnish, all you need is a purple straw to have the three signature colors of Mardi Gras represented.This recipe is courtesy of Crown Royal. Ingredients
- 1 ounce whiskey, preferably crown royal deluxe
- 3/4 ounce pimm’s
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- ginger ale
- 1 slice cucumber, for garnish
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a shaker tin.
- Add ice and shake.
- Strain over fresh ice in Collins glass.
- Top off with ginger ale and garnish with slice of cucumber.
