Ingredients: 2 ounce ruby port, preferably fonseca bin 27; 3/4 ounce bourbon, preferably bulleit; 1 ounce fresh pear juice; 2 blackberries, muddled; 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice; 1/4 ounce agave syrup; grapefruit peel, to garnish

Swap the trick or treat for a sip ‘n treat as you drink a dark, spooky cocktail this Halloween.This recipe is courtesy of Andrew Seymour.

Ingredients

2 ounce ruby port, preferably fonseca bin 27
3/4 ounce bourbon, preferably bulleit
1 ounce fresh pear juice
2 blackberries, muddled
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/4 ounce agave syrup
grapefruit peel, to garnish

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
