Moon Shadow Cocktail
This lunar cocktail is the thing you absolutely need to drink for the solar eclipse. Put it under a blacklight and watch it illuminate.This recipe is courtesy of Mount Gay Rum.

Ingredients
- 2 ounce rum, preferably mount gay eclipse
- 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 ounce b12 mixed with simple syrup
- ginger beer
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a Collins glass (or a vessel of your choice!) with ice and stir.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Watch it glow. Drink it slow.
