Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 ounce chopped ham
- 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray a 12-cup cupcake pan or muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.
- Stir the ham and cheese into the egg mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into the pan, filling each cup three quarters full.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the frittatas are fluffy and cooked through.
- Carefully remove the frittatas from their cups with a spatula.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
