- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package mccormick taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 8 ears fresh corn, husks and silk strands removed
- oil
- Mix mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of the Seasoning Mix and lime juice in small bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Brush corn lightly with oil. Sprinkle remaining Seasoning Mix evenly over corn.
- Grill over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until corn is tender and lightly charred, turning occasionally.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture over corn. Serve immediately.
