Ingredients
  • 1.7 fluid ounces tequila
  • bundaberg ginger beer
  • 0.8 fluid ounces lime juice
  • 0.33 fluid ounces sugar syrup
  • 2 small pieces of ginger
  • 1 lime wedge to garnish
Directions
  1. Muddle ginger and combine remaining ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Shake, then strain into a copper mug and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
  3. Add crushed ice and a lime wedge to garnish. ¡Salud!
