Mexican Mule
This recipe replaces the vodka that is normally used in a Moscow mule and uses tequila instead for a delicious, gingery drink.This recipe is courtesy of Bundaberg Brewed Drinks.

Ingredients
- 1.7 fluid ounces tequila
- bundaberg ginger beer
- 0.8 fluid ounces lime juice
- 0.33 fluid ounces sugar syrup
- 2 small pieces of ginger
- 1 lime wedge to garnish
Directions
- Muddle ginger and combine remaining ingredients into a shaker.
- Shake, then strain into a copper mug and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
- Add crushed ice and a lime wedge to garnish. ¡Salud!
