Meatball Bites With 3 Dipping Sauces

Ingredients
  • 24 frozen meatballs, such as rosina meatballs, thawed
  • 12 frozen parker house rolls, such as frozen bridgford parker house rolls bread dough, thawed
  • pre-made marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 cup bbq sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sweet chile sauce
Directions
  1. Take thawed bread dough and cut each roll in half. Then, spread the dough with your fingers until it's flat and place a thawed meatball in the bread dough. Use fingers to wrap dough around meatball and seal edges. Let dough rise until it's doubled in size around the meatball, either in the fridge overnight or in a warm place.
  2. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Place meatball bites in the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Serve meatball bites with one or all of the sauces below.
