The Meat and Potato cocktail (for Iowa) is made at at D.C. hot spot Artbar, at Art Smith's Art and Soul.

Ingredients

• 2 ounce house oaked vodka
• 1 ounce blanc vermouth
• garnished with candied bacon

Directions

1. Add both ingredients into a shaker and shake. Pour into rocks glass and garnish with candied bacon.
