Marinated Grilled Chuck Steak Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup beef stock
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1 1/2 pound chuck steaks
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
  1. Mix together the vinegar, olive oil, beef stock, salt, pepper and seasoning into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour mixture over steaks, and place them into a large sealable plastic storage bag. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  3. Remove steaks from marinade, and grill over medium-hot coals for 8 minutes on either side, or until steaks reach desired state of doneness.
