Marinated Grilled Chuck Steak Recipe

- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup beef stock
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1 1/2 pound chuck steaks
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
- Mix together the vinegar, olive oil, beef stock, salt, pepper and seasoning into a large mixing bowl.
- Pour mixture over steaks, and place them into a large sealable plastic storage bag. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Remove steaks from marinade, and grill over medium-hot coals for 8 minutes on either side, or until steaks reach desired state of doneness.
