Ingredients
- 1½ ounce tequila don julio blanco
- 1 ounce green apple juice
- ½ ounce lemon juice
- ½ ounce ginger syrup (see directions below)
- 2 dash of bar keep organic apple bitters
- 1 part ginger juice
- 1 part cane sugar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together in a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and garnish with a skewered ginger candy.
- Juice ginger and allow starch to settle out of solution (12-24hrs). Decant juice through a chinois and combine with cane sugar and stir briskly. Let sit for a few minutes and stir again until sugar is completely dissolved.
