Mango Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mango, cubed
  • 1/2 cup banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup low-fat milk
Directions
  1. Freeze cubed mango overnight.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
