- 4 ounce ginger beer
- 2 ounce fresh mango puree (recipe follows)
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1 and 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1-2 mangos
- splash water or lime juice
- In a cocktail shaker, stir together all the ingredients and pour over ice.
- Garnish with a mango slice and serve.
- Add the pulp of 1-2 mangos to a blender with a splash of water or lime juice and puree until smooth.
