Lucky Charms Chocolate Bark

Ingredients
  • 1 pound baking chocolate
  • 1 cup lucky charms cereal
  • ΒΌ cup green and white candy-coated chocolate pieces
  • 2 tablespoon candy sprinkles, if desired
Directions
  1. Line a cookie sheet or shallow baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave the baking chocolate in a large bowl on high until it is melted and can be stirred smooth. Pour the melted chocolate onto the cookie sheet. Using offset spatula or the back of a spoon, spread the chocolate into a thin, even layer.
  3. Immediately sprinkle the chocolate with 1 cup of Lucky Charms cereal, the green and white candies, and the candy sprinkles. Gently press the cereal and candies into the chocolate.
  4. Let the bark stand until the chocolate hardens completely. Break or cut into small pieces.
