Ingredients
- 8 ounce fresh maine lobster, steamed & shelled
- 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 ounce butter, unsalted
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a small saucepan or skillet, heat cream to a slight boil, then whisk in butter, 1/2 of the grated cheese, and seasonings.
- Add macaroni to the pan, toss with remaining cheese and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Slice lobster into 1/4-inch pieces and warm slightly in the oven with a little butter.
- Spoon noodles into a dish or small bowl, place lobster on top, and spoon a little cheese sauce on top.
- Serve immediately.
