Ingredients
  • 8 ounce diluted apple juice
  • 2-3 handfuls organic spinach
  • juice of 1 whole lemon
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2'' piece peeled ginger
  • a few mint leaves (optional)
  • local raw honey or stevia to taste
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
