Ingredients
8 ounce diluted apple juice
2-3 handfuls organic spinach
juice of 1 whole lemon
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/4 avocado
1/2'' piece peeled ginger
a few mint leaves (optional)
local raw honey or stevia to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
