- 2 cup water
- 1 package ramen noodles, without spice packet
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup kimchi
- a handful of bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- a sprinkle of red pepper flakes
- 1 scallion, chopped
- salt, to taste
- Add the water, kimchi, bean sprouts, sesame oil, rice vinegar, smoked paprika, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and ramen noodles in a small pot and bring to a boil. Cook until noodles are tender.
- Serve topped with egg and scallions.
