- 1 1/2 ounce bourbon
- 3/4 ounce brown sugar simple syrup
- 2 ounce stout
- 2 ounce cold-brew coffee, such as chameleon cold-brew black coffee concentrate
- fresh grated cinnamon, for garnish
- 1/2 ounce cream
- Mix equal parts brown sugar and water, stir. Build in glass, garnishing with cinnamon and the float of cream, and stir four times.
- Serve in a Collins glass.
