Ingredients
- 1 ¾ ounce sake, such as gekkeikan nigori
- ½ ounce fresh pineapple juice
- ½ ounce unsalted yuzu juice
- ¼ ounce simple syrup
- cinnamon
Directions
- Shake the sake, pineapple juice, yuzu juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of freshly grated cinnamon.
