Kale Chips With Parmigiano-Reggiano
This recipe takes kale chips to the next level with chili powder and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 tablespoon parmigiano-reggiano cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Remove the stems of the kale with a knife then cut kale into bite-size pieces. Wash the kale and dry in a salad spinner or with a paper towel.
- Drizzle the kale with olive oil, salt, chili powder, and place on a baking dish.
- Bake kale for 10 minutes, until the edges are brown but not burnt.
- Remove from oven let it cool for 2 minutes and toss with cheese.
