Jessica's Recipe For Edible UV-Reactive Glowing Tonic Gel

Ingredients
1 cup plain tonic water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon agar-agar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (or other extract flavoring)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and stir constantly until boiling.
Remove from the heat, transfer to heat-safe bowl, and chill 30 minutes.
Stir until sufficiently soft to permit you to suck up with a syringe or pipette.
Pipe onto desired cool surface. Mixture will re-congeal in about 30 minutes.
Ideal pairing: cherry or citrus flavored pies.
