  • 1 pound dried black-eyed peas
  • 6.5 cup broth of your choice
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients into the Instant Pot.
  2. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
  3. When cooking time ends, wait for a natural pressure release.
  4. When the float valve drops, mix it a bit, take it out, and enjoy!
