Ice-Cold Aperol Frozemonade Cocktail

Ingredients
4 ounce dry rosé wine
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce simply syrup
ice
1 ounce aperol
mint sprig, for garnish
Directions
Pour rosé, lemon juice, simply syrup, and ice into a blender, and blend until smooth.
Pour into a 12-ounce glass and drizzle Aperol on top. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
