Ingredients
  • 4 ounce dry rosé wine
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 ounce simply syrup
  • ice
  • 1 ounce aperol
  • mint sprig, for garnish
Directions
  1. Pour rosé, lemon juice, simply syrup, and ice into a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a 12-ounce glass and drizzle Aperol on top. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
