- 2 cup almonds
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon salt, plus additional for taste
- Process the almonds in the food processor or until completely smooth, 10 to 15 minutes, scraping down the sides with a spatula as necessary.
- Add the chocolate chips to the processor. The heat from the nuts and the motor will melt them perfectly.
- Add the salt and process for another 2 minutes.
- Add more salt as needed for taste.
