Homemade Caramel Brûlée Latte Recipe
Starbucks really targeted dessert lovers with the creation of the caramel brûlée latte. Caramel sauce, vanilla syrup, espresso, milk, and sugar are the perfect recipe for dessert in a cup. No kitchen torch required.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon (1 ounce) caramel sauce
- 1 tablespoon (½ ounce) french vanilla syrup
- 1 cup (8 ounces) half-and-half
- 2 shots hot espresso
- whipped cream for garnish
- raw sugar for garnish
Directions
- Mix sauce, syrup, and half-and-half together and steam in a milk frother or on the stove until mixed together. Pour over espresso. Add whipped cream to the top and garnish with a drizzle of caramel sauce and raw sugar.
