Higos Con Tetilla Asados
Higos Con Tetilla Asados
This recipe is courtesy of Omar Allibhoy from his cookbook Spanish Made SimpleTetilla is a mild and creamy Spanish cheese that gets its name from its breast-like appearance (tetilla means “breast”). I use it in this recipe because melted tetilla is one of the most satisfying flavors, and because we all need a treat from time to time. Don’t forget, food feeds your soul! — Omar Allibhoy
