- 1 bag of jasmine green tea
- sugar
- 1 1/2 ounce humboldt's finest
- 1 ounce jasmine simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 slices of cucumber
- soda water
- Brew a strong jasmine green tea and dissolve 1 part sugar in 1 part hot tea, allow to cool.
- Add jasmine simple syrup, Humboldt's Finest, a slice of cucumber, lemon juice and syrup to shaker.
- Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and garnish with slice of cucumber.
