Healthy Strawberries-And-Cream Ice Pops

Ingredients
- 3 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon natural sweetener (pure maple syrup, raw honey, or stevia)
Directions
- Purée your strawberries in food processor
- In a bowl, combine your coconut milk, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
- Alternate between pouring a layer of strawberry purée and a thin layer of coconut mix into ice pop molds, and continue doing this until both are used up.
- Insert ice pop sticks and freeze for at least four hours then enjoy!
