- 4 cup salad greens
- 2/3 bag of perdue short cuts original roasted carved chicken breast
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 mango, diced
- Wash and dry the salad greens and set aside in a large bowl.
- Add the Perdue Short Cuts to the salad greens.
- Chop the mango, cucumber, and avocado into bite-sized pieces and toss in the salad bowl.
- Make your own dressing or top with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
