Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 banana, sliced
Directions
- Grease a skillet or griddle with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each piece of bread. Scatter the banana on top of the peanut butter on 1 of the slices of bread. Place the other slice on top, peanut butter side down.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Serve immediately.
