School mornings are hard, but it's easy to get your kids to eat healthy when it looks this good. We got this healthy French toast recipe from Felicia Romero, a wellness coach and former fitness model. Today, she owns her own gym and has a strong online wellness business.

- 2 slices bread, preferably ezekiel brand
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon almond milk
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1/3 cup chopped strawberries and bananas
Directions
- Heat a non-stick pan over a low to medium heat. Grease pan with coconut oil.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and cinnamon. Transfer the egg mixture to a low-set bowl.
- Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture for 10-15 second on each side.
- Cook the bread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add desired toppings.
- Serve warm, and enjoy!
