Healthy And Sweet Coffee Creamer
Ditch the store-bought coffee creamer and make your own from scratch. Using dates and almond milk, this creamer is naturally sweetened and dairy-free.

Ingredients
- 8 dates
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil, softened
- salt, to taste
Directions
- Soak the dates in the warm water for five minutes. Once they are soft, remove the pits and throw away the water.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the pitted dates with 3/4 cup of fresh water.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smoothie for about 3 to 5 minutes. Store in a sealed container or mason jar.
